Why can't I access Linked Full Text articles in SuperSearch?
Currently, the library is experiencing issues with some linked full text articles in SuperSearch. Two common databases that are not working are ScienceDirect and SAGE Journals. If you are on campus, you should be able to access these articles without a problem. If you are off-campus, do the following:
- In SuperSearch, make note of the article information (title & author) and the database SuperSearch is linking to.
- Once you have that information, go to the front page of the library and click on Find a Database under the big search box.
- From the list, find the database the linked article is located in.
- Search for the article's title. You should be able to get to the article at this point.
If you are still unable to get the article, you should contact the Research Help Desk at 470-578-6325. They will need the name of the article and database name to assist.
