Why can't I renew my books at the end of the semester?

I am a faculty member and need to renew my books.

Faculty accounts in the Library system expire every spring. Accounts are usually renewed when Banner is updated every June.

If you would like to renew your items, we request that you bring them to the library before the end of the spring semester to renew so that we know the items are still in your possession. This will also help you avoid fines and fees associated with lost or overdue items.

If you cannot renew your books or the renewal date seems incorrect (sometimes our system expiration dates do not match up with school dates), please contact one of our Check Out Desks:
