How and who do I contact for research assistance?
There are five different ways that you can get reference help.
First, on the Kennesaw campus, you can walk-up to our Research Help Desk located in the Learning Commons on the ground floor of the Sturgis Library. On the Marietta campus, you can get help in the Research Help Room C-120. To see a semester schedule, click here.
Second, you can text your reference question to (770) 983-6547.
Third, you can call us at 470-578-6325 (Kennesaw campus) or 470-578-7471 (Marietta campus).
Fourth, undergraduates can schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Reference Librarian by clicking here. (These appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance.) Graduate Students or Faculty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a Graduate Librarian will contact you.
Fifth, you can chat online with a librarian 24/7 (except federal holidays). The chat box can be found on nearly every page of our website.
