I am KSU faculty/staff. Can I reserve a room in the library?

Sturgis Library (Kennesaw Campus) has three rooms on the first floor which can be reserved by faculty and staff only.

Seminar Spaces
Room 114: Reservations for 4-16, No AV Equipment or White Board
Room 125: Reservations for 4-16, AV Equipment and a White Board

Multi-Purpose Room
Room 113: Reservations for 4-24, AV Equipment and a White Board

These rooms are available for collaboration with colleagues and students. The faculty or staff member who reserved the room must be present at all times.

To reserve these rooms, follow the step below:

1. Go to the library homepage, select the “Services” tab

2. Then choose “Faculty Services.”

3. Click the link of “Seminar Spaces and Multi-Purpose Rooms” . From there, you can select either the Seminar Spaces or Multi-Purpose Room.

4. Select the date and time. You need to make reservations 72 hours in advance for a time period of 2 hours a day. The yellow blocks are available time slots. You can reserve the room up to four weeks in advance.

For reservations over the four week period or recurring reservations, please contact the Sturgis Library Check Out Desk at 470-578-6202.

For special events, please contact the Strategic Marketing Librarian 470-578-6188.
