I am having trouble accessing online library resources. What should I do?
Off-campus access to library online resources requires you to be a currently enrolled student. For access during breaks between semesters, you must also be enrolled for the upcoming semester. If you are not, then your access will end at the close of the current semester. For example, if you are enrolled in the Fall semester but not Spring, then your access will end at the close of Fall exams.
For off-campus access to most subscribed resources at KSU Libraries, you will be prompted for your NetID and password. KSU alumni (or Friends of the Library) cannot access databases from off-campus. A good place to try if you need database access is your public library. Public libraries in Georgia often have access to many of the same databases as KSU such as Academic Search Complete, Business Source Complete, and eBooks on EBSCOHost. Of course, different public libraries may offer different databases, but it's a great place to try!
