What is k-cash manager?
K-Cash is how you pay for printing on campus. Printing costs 10 cents a page for black & white and 50 cents for color, using the K-Cash money added to your KSU ID card.
Sturgis Library at Kennesaw Campus:
The K-Cash Machine is located on the ground floor of the library next to the printers near the Research Help Desk. This machine takes cash and credit cards. For cash, the minimum you can add is $1.00. For credit cards, the minimum you can add is $10.00. You can add funds via the K-Cash website as well. This is a credit or debit card transaction, and the minimum is $10.00.
K-Cash consists of a general declining balance account that allows you to purchase anything on campus anywhere that accepts K-Cash debit. The funds in this account do not expire and will roll over year-to-year. However, after 12 months of account inactivity, your account will be cleared and any remaining balance will revert to KSU.
If you do not have a KSU ID or are a guest, you may purchase a guest print card to use. Guest print cards cost $2.00 and can be purchased at any K-Cash machine on campus. You must add additional money to the card to print. For more information on purchasing a guest card, please click here.
Johnson Library at Marietta Campus:
The K-Cash machine is located in the Hive Computer Lab area on the main floor. The printing costs and policies are the same as Sturgis Library.
