Am I able to reserve a study room for sometime in the future?
Yes! You can reserve a study room up to one week in advance for two people or more.
From our study room reservation page, select the campus for the study room that you would like to reserve. From there, you can make reservations by selecting the date on the calendar on the left of the screen and clicking on the available boxes (available boxes are yellow, reserved boxes are red) on the right side of the screen in increments of 30 minutes for the room that you would like to reserve. Once you click on the time slots that you would like to reserve, scroll down and complete your reservation by clicking "Continue" and entering your full name and KSU student email address.
You can reserve a study room for up to 2 hours in one day.
Group Study Rooms do not have any technology, however, the Collaborative Study Rooms (Designated "Collab Tech Room") do have monitors to connect personal laptops or devices. Laptops, iPads, and headphones can be checked out from the Check Out Desk for library use only.
Feel free to stop by the Check Out Desk if you have any questions!
**Keep in mind that as part of our Study Room Policy, if you are not physically in the study room within 15 minutes of your reserved time, you must forfeit the study room if another group walks in before you do.**

*Georgia Highland students may reserve study rooms on the MARIETTA CAMPUS ONLY.
