How do I lodge a complaint?
There are two ways to lodge a formal complaint.
The second way is to visit the Information Desk on the First Floor and pick up a paper complaint form.
All complaints will be automatically routed to our Assistant Director for Access Services. Please allow 24 hours for a response. We also welcome any suggestions or purchase requests. These forms are accessed through the "Suggest" icon as well. For additional help, please contact the Information Desk at 470-578-6202.
