Question

Q: I was trying to request a couple of books and received the following message. "Your patron record expired on xx-xx-xx."

Answer

This error message probably means that your record has expired in our system. They are set to expire at the end of each semester and are updated at the end of drop/add to ensure our records are accurate.

Sturgis Library (Kennesaw)

Stop by the Check Out Desk on the ground floor of the Library to update your record, or call the desk at 470-578-6202.

Johnson Library (Marietta)

Stop by the Check Out Desk on the first floor of the Library to update your record, or call the desk at  470-578-7276.
