Question

Q: Does the library have a notary?

Answer

The library does not have a notary. The Registrar's Office in Kennesaw Hall has several notaries that will notarize documents for students for free. Please contact the Registrar for help visiting the notaries.

The UPS Store in the Carmichael Student Center on the Kennesaw campus also has a notary. You can schedule an appointment online. Please contact the UPS Store for more information.

There is not currently a notary on the Marietta campus, but many UPS Stores have notary services. Many banks also offer notary services to their account holders.

Remember that when you get a document notarized, the document cannot be pre-signed, and you need to have a photo ID with your signature on it. Please contact a notary directly for more information about what you need to bring with you to get a document notarized. Librarians are not able to give legal advice.
