Q: Where can I find current issues of magazines and journals?

Magazines, newspapers, and journals can be electronic or print, but are increasingly growing in numbers in electronic format.

Print journals or publications can be found on the second floor of the Sturgis Library within the general collection. In the Johnson library print bound journals are on the 2nd floor.

Use the "Journal Holdings" tab on the library homepage to see if the library subscribes to a specific journal or publication and in what format.  You can search by publication title or browse using the "Journals by Title" link under the search box.

We also have a number of current popular magazines (like People, Rolling Stone, Ebony and Wired), supplied by the Friends of the Library. These are housed in a magazine rack on the first floor of the Sturgis Library near the OwlView monitor.
