Q: Why does my book status say "Not Renewable?"

Answer

If you had books checked out before we transitioned to our new library catalog, and you have not already renewed your books the maximum number of times, you may have difficulties renewing your books online.

To renew your books, please call the library at 470.578.6202. Our staff will work with other USG schools to renew your GIL Express books.

You should be able to renew books that you checked out after June 1, 2017 (when we transitioned to our new catalog) without any difficulties.
