Q: How do I find refereed articles only?
There are many terms used to describe scholarly articles - refereed is one of these terms.
A more widely used term is "Peer Reviewed." Both terms describe the process the article must go through before it is published in an academic or scholarly journal.
You can find "Peer Reviewed" articles using the SuperSearch on the Library Homepage.
Enter your search terms and click search - once you get results you can then limit to peer reviewed articles only by clicking the "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals" button on the left side of the screen under "Refine your results"
Please see the attached guide to "Peer Reviewed Articles" for more information about what peer reviewed articles are, as well as the peer review process.
