Question

Q: How can I save documents without a flash drive?

Answer

All KSU students, faculty and staff have access to KSU server space to store documents called files.kennesaw.edu.

To access your space, click here or visit files.kennesaw.edu and login with your KSU NetID and password. More info can be found at the UITS website or by going to the UITS Documentation Center and searching for "files.kennesaw.edu" in the search box.

The maximum amount of information that can be saved in the current directory is 1GB for faculty/staff and 250MB for students.

This takes the place of the Z: drive which used to be available at SPSU.

Files saved on public computers will not be stored after you log off. Make sure to save your files to files.kennesaw.edu or a flash drive, or email them to yourself, so that you can access them later.
