Q: Why did I get a Temporary Suspension error while using the library databases?

Answer

You may have received this error because of the size or number of articles you downloaded. This error occurs when a single user has downloaded an excessive number of articles. The temporary suspension should be lifted automatically within an hour.

If your temporary suspension is not automatically lifted after one hour, please contact libraryreference@kennesaw.edu.
