Q: Why can't I use my Kcash to print?

Answer

You may be unable to print using your Talon Card if you are not currently registered for classes. If you are not registered for classes, including during the summer semester, your Kcash account is suspended. Once the next semester starts and you are registered for classes, your Kcash account will be reactivated. The money in your Kcash account does not expire and rolls over year-to-year. However, After 12 months of account inactivity, your account will be cleared and any remaining balance will revert to KSU.

If you are not registered for classes and need to print, you can still print at the library using a guest card.

If you are currently registered for classes and have money in your Kcash account, and are still unable to print, contact UITS.
