Support for conference & conference proceedings
Can Digital Commons@KSU offer a publication pathway for full-length articles submitted by external authors as part of a KSU-hosted research conference? Including
- Hosting a conference proceedings collection (or similar series) that can include external authors (not limited to KSU students);
- Publishing full-length articles as conference proceedings, with a clear and consistent structure and visibility (Peer Reviewed);
- Potentially supporting recurring events over time (i.e., enabling KSU to host different research conferences and publish proceedings on a regular basis)
Answer
Yes, we are able to host conference proceedings and recordings for both KSU and external conferences, as long as a KSU community member remains on the managing board. To explore options and timelines, please reach out to digitalcommons@kennesaw.edu with your conference idea and timeline.
