Vending machines in the libraries are provided by and serviced by an outside vendor contracted through Kennesaw State University so the KSU Library System is not able to provide refunds for vending machines.

For refunds, visit University Stores at the Carmichael Student Center in Kennesaw, or the Joe Mack Student Center in Marietta.
