Question

Q: Where are the government documents?

Answer

In the Library

Government documents are on the second floor of the Johnson Library. This includes documents in print and government documents on CD and DVD. Government maps are located on the 3rd floor of Sturgis Library in map cases near the Reference Collection.

NOTE: This material is organized by government agency (not by subject as the general collection is). All numbers are whole numbers. Unlike the Library of Congress call number system used in most of the rest of the library, there are no decimals.

Online

Many online government documents are available through the Library's catalog. To find them, search for your topic using SuperSearch. On the results page, select "Online access" for the title you're interested in viewing.
