Question

Q: Where can I find popular books?

Answer

Sturgis Library at Kennesaw Campus:

The Sturgis Library's popular book collection is in the reading area on the first floor. It is by the windows, past the Owlview Wall.

Johnson Library at Marietta Campus:

The Johnson Library's popular book section is housed on the first floor, in the casual reading area (next to the Hive computer lab).

The popular reading collection at both libraries is less academic than the rest of the KSU Library collections, and is more about pleasure reading. It includes science fiction, romance, fantasy, horror, graphic novels, celebrity bios, mysteries, thrillers, NY Times bestsellers, recommendations from Goodreads and Buzzfeed, and books that are just generally interesting.

Most of the books in the popular reading collection have been published within the last few years. They may rotate out of this collection as newer materials arrive.

The popular collection is easy to browse for books. You can also search the library catalog if you are looking for a specific book.
