Q: Does the library have a K-Cash Machine?
K-Cash is how you pay for printing on campus. Printing costs 10 cents a page for black & white and 50 cents for color. The K-Cash money is added to your KSU ID card. The K-Cash machine takes cash, credit and debit cards. For cash, the minimum you can add is $1.00. For credit and debit cards, the minimum you can add is $10.00. You can add funds via the K-Cash website as well.
K-Cash consists of a general declining balance account that allows you to purchase anything on campus anywhere that accepts K-Cash debit. The funds in this account do not expire and will roll over year-to-year. However, after 12 months of account inactivity, your account will be cleared and any remaining balance will revert to KSU.
If you do not have a KSU ID or are a guest, you may purchase a guest print card to use. Guest print cards cost $2.00 and can be purchased at any K-Cash machine on campus. You must add additional money to the card to print. For more information on purchasing a guest card, please click here. K-Cash machines are located at both campus libraries.
