Q: What does "Sorry, this eBook is in use" mean?

Answer

Many of the library's eBooks are only available to a limited number of people at a time. If the maximum number of people are viewing an eBook at once, you will receive a message saying that the eBook is in use or unavailable.

Check back again for the book at a later time.

You can also request a physical copy of the book using GIL Express or Interlibrary Loan.
