Q: How do I get help with a computer program?

Answer

KSU's University Information Technology Services (UITS) offers a collection of how-to documents to provide assistance with a variety of computer programs.  Click here to access the searchable UITS Documentation Center. 

For support, troubleshooting or details you need to contact the UITS Service Desk at 470-578-3555, by e-mail at studenthelpdesk@kennesaw.edu, or in person. Their hours and locations are listed here.

You can also visit the Help Desk on the ground floor of Sturgis Library or the Hive Desk on the first floor of Johnson Library. UITS employees are available in the library Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM during the semester.
