Q: What is the difference between iThenticate and TurnItIn?


iThenticate and TurnItIn are anti-plagiarism software available through KSU. Both are used to ensure the originality of a paper or other written work before it is published or turned in by a student.

Students may use either software; however, faculty members usually use

The university manages iThenticate accounts; the library does not provide this service.  If students need to use TurnItIn, they should check with their professor to obtain login information.
