Question

Q: Is the LockDown Browser on the library computers?

Answer

The Respondus LockDown Browser is available on all library computers. There is a shortcut on the computer's desktop.

The PCs in the Information Commons at Sturgis Library and the Hive at Johnson Library do not have webcams. If you need to use the LockDown Browser with a webcam, you can check out a laptop from the Check Out Desk, or use a Mac with a built-in webcam.

For support, troubleshooting or details you need to contact University Information Technology Services (UITS) at 470-578-3555, by email at studenthelpdesk@kennesaw.edu, or in person on the fourth floor of the Kennesaw Campus Sturgis Library, Suite 4500 or Marietta Campus Academic Building, Lower Level.

Note: The lockdown browser does not work with Chrome.
