Q: Why can't I access the saved data in my MyEBSCO Account?

Answer

KSU Libraries is working to implement a new library system in summer 2025. During this transition, some users of EBSCO databases could lose data saved in their MyEBSCO Account or Dashboard. 

If you experience an issue with your MyEBSCO account, please submit a GALILEO Support Request.
