Question

Q: Why am I getting a Microsoft Authenticator error when trying to search in the library catalog?

Answer

Currently, some searches in the library catalog are not prompting Microsoft Authenticator correctly for sign-in. Usually this sign-in error only happens when you are referred to the catalog from an outside source, such as an abstracting and indexing database.

If you are trying to search for an item in the catalog (GIL-FIND) but are not able to sign in to your library account, please try searching for the item in SuperSearch instead.

If you need to place an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request, please do so through your ILL account.
