Q: Why can't I see the books I checked out through Gil-Express in my library account?

Answer

The books you checked out through Gil-Express before we transitioned to our new library catalog may not show in your library account. To check what book(s) you have checked out or to request a renewal, please call the library at 470.578.6202. Our staff will be glad to assist you.

You should be able to see or renew books that you checked out after June 1, 2017 (when we transitioned to our new catalog) without any difficulties.
