Click on Services on the left side of the page, then choose Study Rooms.
Select the campus where you’d like to reserve the study room.
Select the number of people of your group, date, and the time, then choose Continue.
Fill in the information required: your name and email address.
Choose Submit My Booking.
Effective May 8, 2025, users are required to verify a study room booking using a verification link emailed to them. If a reservation is not verified within 1 hour, it will be automatically cancelled and the room will be made available to others.
When it's time for your reservation, stop at the Check Out Desk to check into your study room.
Study Room Information:
Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. 15 minutes after the reservation starts, the room will be made available for other groups.
You can reserve study rooms for up to 2 hours per day.
Group study rooms do not have any technology. However, the Collaborative Study Rooms (Designated "Collab Tech Room") do have monitors to connect personal laptops or devices.
Laptops and headphones can be checked out from both campuses Check Out Desks for library use only.
To Cancel a Study Room Reservation
The email confirmation you received when you reserved your study room includes a link to cancel your reservation.
Click the link and confirm your cancellation.
If you cannot find the email or if you have any questions, contact the Check Out Desk at the library where you reserved your study room:
