Q: I'm a faculty member at KSU. Why can't I renew my books?

Books Checked Out by Faculty Must Be Renewed Each August
Items owned by the KSU Libraries are checked out for a full academic year plus two automatic renewals. If you are a faculty member and have had your books for three academic years, you will need to physically bring them to the Check Out Desk at either Johnson Library in Marietta or Sturgis Library in Kennesaw. Our staff will then check them back out to you for another year.
Library accounts for faculty members expire in the library system every year in August, and are renewed when Banner is updated. If the renewal date seems incorrect (sometimes our system expiration dates do not match up with school dates), please contact the library (Marietta at 470-578-7276, Kennesaw at 470-578-6202).
