Question

Q: How long does it take for Interlibrary Loan items to arrive?

Answer

It depends on the type of material and where it is coming from.

Physical items like books usually arrive in 7 to 10 business days, but can take up to three weeks.

Digital resources like articles or book chapter scans are usually delivered to your KSU email in 1 to 3 business days.

There are a number of determining factors, such as the item's availability and the distance of the lending library, that can impact wait times for interlibrary loan materials.
