Question

Q: How do I add money on my campus ID?

Answer

**New KCash machines at both libraries were installed Feb. 25, 2025 and are now operational.**

Adding money to a KSU campus ID

You must have KCash on your campus ID to pay for printing at the library. KCash machines accept cash, card and mobile payment methods and load the amount you choose to add onto your KSU ID card.

For cash, the minimum you can add is $1.00. For credit and debit cards, the minimum you can add is $5.00. You can add funds via the K-Cash website as well.

K-Cash consists of a general declining balance account that allows you to purchase anything on campus anywhere that accepts K-Cash debit. The funds in this account do not expire and will roll over year-to-year. However, after 12 months of account inactivity, your account will be cleared and any remaining balance will revert to KSU.

K-Cash is how you pay for printing on campus. Printing costs 12 cents a page for black & white and 56 cents for color.

If you do not have a KSU ID or are a guest, you may purchase a guest print card to use. Guest print cards cost $2.00 and can be purchased at any K-Cash machine on campus. You must add additional money to the card to print.
