Q: How do I lodge a complaint?

Answer

There are two ways to file a complaint:

  1. Fill out the Complaint Form.
  2. Visit the Information Desk on the First Floor and pick up a paper complaint form.

All complaints will be routed to our Assistant Director for Access Services. If you would like a response, please remember to include your name and contact information. Please allow 24 hours for a response. 

We also welcome any suggestions or purchase requests. These forms are available one the Forms and Suggestions site. For additional help, please contact the Sturgis Library Check Out Desk at 470-578-6202, or the Johnson Library Check Out Desk at 470-578-7276.
