Q: How do I lodge a complaint?

Answer

There are two ways to file a complaint:

Fill out the Complaint Form

Visit the Information Desk on the First Floor and pick up a paper complaint form.
All complaints will be routed to our Assistant Director for Access Services. If you would like a response, please remember to include your name and contact information. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Suggestions and Purchase Requests

We also welcome any suggestions or purchase requests. These forms are available one the Forms and Suggestions site. For additional help, please contact the Sturgis Library Check Out Desk at 470-578-6202, or the Johnson Library Check Out Desk at 470-578-7276.
