KCash is how you pay for printing on campus. Campus printers/copiers do not accept cash directly. Printing costs 12 cents a page for black & white and 56 cents for color. The KCash money is added to your KSU ID card. The KCash machine takes cash, credit and debit cards. For cash, the minimum you can add is $1.00. For credit and debit cards, the minimum you can add is $5.00. You can add funds via the KCash website as well.
KCash consists of a general declining balance account that allows you to purchase anything on campus anywhere that accepts KCash debit. The funds in this account do not expire and will roll over year-to-year. However, after 12 months of account inactivity, your account will be cleared and any remaining balance will revert to KSU.
If you do not have a KSU ID or are a guest, you may purchase a guest print card to use. Guest print cards cost $2.00 and can be purchased at any KCash machine on campus. You must add additional money to the card to print. KCash machines are located at both campus libraries.
